The Bega Valley Work Crew operates a lawn mowing and rubbish removals service in the Bega Valley Shire region. It is co-located with Riverside Nursery at 14 Taronga Crescent, Bega.

With large ride-on mowers, self propelled lawn mowers, whipper snipers, blowers and trailers the Work Crew specialises in large and commercial mowing and grounds maintenance contracts.

The Bega Valley Work Crew specialises in commercial contracts and our customers include Bega Cheese, Telstra, the Canberra Investment Corporation at the Glen Mia rural residential estate on the outskirts of Bega, Hillgrove House and Casuarina Hostel, Coles and Betta Electrical.

Working as a mobile team, services include:

  • Rubbish removal and yard cleanup, and
  • Lawn mowing, garden maintenance and edge cutting.

Tulgeen’s Bega Valley Work Crew (BVWC) is a proud Social Enterprise and Australian Disability Enterprise providing training and supported employment opportunities for people with disability. Our aim is to provide an environment for the acquisition and maintenance of skills for life which can lead to open employment. As a vocational training service,BVWC’s supported employees are trained `on the job’ by qualified staff in all aspects of grounds maintenance work.

The Bega Valley Work Crew has been in operation for twenty years thanks to the support of our local community.
